Crossroads Clubs are student initiated, multi-denominational, multi-racial Christian clubs that function on school campuses in compliance with the Equal Access Act.

Crossroads clubs meet on high school and junior high campuses throughout the Montgomery area for the purpose of mentorship. Many of the students involved in our mentorship program make positive lifestyle choices because of their involvement in the clubs (leave gangs, respect authority figures more, let go of negative relationships and change their vocabulary). Not only do these clubs help the students make right choices, but also, Crossroads Clubs empowers them to believe God for His destiny and dream for their lives. Thus this sub title for the clubs is 'Dream Big' clubs.
VISION: To see the students in the Montgomery area launched into their full potential.

MISSION: To establish Christian based mentorship club in every high school and junior high in the Montgomery area. Each club will contribute to the entire community of the school by serving the students, parents, teacher and faculty. The crossroads counselors are well-trained mentors who lead with integrity and excellence.
